It is very private and peaceful due to its double lot size. Screened by natural forestry, creeks, ponds and streams. You'll have all the space needed to enjoy with your loved ones. Our booking schedule is always up to date. Book before 2025 and get NO CHARGE hot tub! Guest access Wifi internet access - login and password in the office There are 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddles, and 2 bicycles for your use(June - September). Along with 8 max(depending on booking) adult life jackets for your safety. Use waters toys with caution. If you can't swim, the use of watercraft is prohibited. Our shore is shallow upon entry and has deep drops further out. The hot tub is winterized and available for guests between May 1st - November 1st. Please enquire for shoulder months. A fee of $175US per booking. Hot tub availability is subject to change due to service/maintenance. Other things to note Please keep in mind we DO NOT supply blankets or bath towels. Our laundry facility is not industrial enough to manage the turn around cleaning. We do provide pillows w/clean pillow cases, bed protectors, kitchen/bathroom linens, toiletries and cleaning products. International travellers, please advise us upon booking. The charge for blanket and towel service is $40US/per room with a total of $160US charges per booking. Our custom built bunks have 1000lb screws for safety and weight capacity. They were made for children and small adults. Our cottage is suited for 8 adults and 2 children because of this bunk. Charges apply after 6 guests. Please be advised guests are responsible for damages due to weight limit capacity. Although we provide unlimited internet access, it is only 5 mbs and is not the most reliable. If the wifi is not accessible, unplug the unit and restart. Cell phone reception is spotty. There is a phone on premise for your usage. Neighbouring homes are all around the bay. 10:00 pm is the latest for music outdoors. Water is from a drilled well that passes through an ultraviolet treatment system. It has passed Health Unit tests and is moderately hard water. Safe to drink. We do provide a water filter pitcher on hand. Registration number 2023-179
