Only 45 miles north of Seattle (and without the hassle of planning around ferries), you can be cozy and calm around a fire, taking in panoramic views of Skagit Bay and Mount Baker, or you can use the house for its great location that allows you to enjoy all that Camano Island and the surrounding areas have to offer. The space Situated on 5 acres, this is a comfortable 1000 sq. ft., two-story guesthouse. The main floor features an open floor plan that allows easy socializing between kitchen, living and dining. The bathroom and one of the bedrooms (with queen sized bed) are also located on the main floor. The upstairs is the primary suite, with a king-size canopy bed and comfortable sitting area featuring a huge picture window overlooking the gorgeous view. A perfect spot for reading your current book or taking an afternoon nap. While the guesthouse is not attached to the main house on the property (where the owners live), it’s next to it. There’s a screen on the deck that offers more privacy while sitting by the fire and enjoying the view, but it is not 100% private. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and attached deck with firepit table, seating and Weber grill. Front and backyard available for use (including lawn games). Designated parking for up to two vehicles.
