House of charm situated in the heart of the village with private parking, courtyard. 25 minutes away from the beaches The space House of a total surface of 150 m3 including 3 bedrooms - The ground floor has a large suite with 1 king size bed, his private bath room (shower) and toilet. The bed room is fully open to the courtyard - The first floor has 2 bed room. One with a king size bed and another one with 2 single beds. These 2 room share a common bath room (shower). - On the same floor there is a large living room with a large dinner table on the side of it and a separate kitchen fully equiped (see details on the list, note a Nespresso machine) Guest access The House of Colette is located on the main street of Cuxac d'Aude (All 3 bedrooms faces the quite side of the courtyard). Cuxac is 6 minutes away (5 km) from the ring road of Narbonne and 20 minutes away from the first beaches of Gruissan To collect the key on your own, the arrival is done through the digicode of the garage gate. The code will be given to you a week before your arrival. The keys of the Maison will be in a box inside the garage. Detailed access indications will be given to you before your arrival. The indoor garage fits for one car. If necessary a public parking is situated 20 meters away, just before the Maison, on the right hand side coming from Narbonne. Other things to note The House of Colette is a traditional village house fully renovated in 2022. All the bedroom, on the courtyard side, are quite and have a nice view on a green garden (our private garden) On the street side the house faces the very good village bakery (delicious home made bred and croissants...) and is 200 meters away from a little supermarket which have a very good butcher. Close to the local beaches, in the middle of the vineyard, the house is a good compromise between seaside and countryside. Close to some very nice hiking trail through the vineyard (Corbières, Minervois, Saint Chinian) it is far enough from the crowd of sea resorts with still the possibility to enjoy its benefit when you feel like it.
