The space Our home is comfortable. it has everything you need, including the magnificent views of the volcanos. The brand new complex is called “Senderos del Comendador” with amazing views and just minutes from Antigua Guatemala, one of the most beautiful towns in the World, 10 minutes from Ciudad Vieja, 10 minutes from Alotenango, just 5 minutes from the well known Cerveceria 14. From our Townhouse you can reach to many small villages around Antigua Guatemala, get the most of your trip and always come back at night to relax. Easy access using Route 14 “Ruta Nacional 14” by vehicle (Taxi, Uber or Rental) From the International Airport La Aurora a taxi ride could take you straight to our townhouse ($35-40 estimated ) Touristic spots located within 10-60 minutes from our place. A swipe card will be provided to enter/exit the complex as if you were a resident As well as the “Senderos” walkways through the community with security at all times A smart lock has been installed on the front door and you’ll have a unique code during your stay. Other things to note Entrance to the community is through a gate with security, a code will be provided to gain access to the property. Once you are installed in the property a swipe card is available for entry/exit of the community at any time. The swipe card must be returned upon check out or a $50 replacement fee will be charged. Any damage or missing items from the home decor appliances & furniture will incurred in extra charges at their current cost. Our house is fully equipped to make your staying the most comfortable and memorable as possible. Toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels is provided for short stays. For longer stays you will have to provide your own. Washer and dryer are available on the property in case you would like to stay longer.
