The driveway is shared with the tenants of the upper unit, so please be mindful that only one parking spot is used. Waterfront Access: There is no direct waterfront access from the house. However don’t miss Riverfront Park off Rock Street right down the street, a small yet vibrant spot beloved by locals for its charm, scenic views and offers access to the river for swimming and kayaking. Other things to note Not suitable for Children Under 12: For safety reasons related to the location, we cannot accommodate children under 12. No Extra Guests: Please ensure that the number of guests listed in your booking is accurate. Additional guests are not permitted. Security: Cameras are located outside the premises for safety. Noise: The upper unit is occupied by tenants, and you may hear everyday noises. The house is located next to a main street, so traffic noise during rush hours is possible. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for you. Water Safety: The house is situated between two dams. Water entry is strictly prohibited—no swimming, boating, or kayaking. Motorized boats are not allowed on the river. Quiet Hours: Absolutely no loud music or parties. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. This is a residential home, so please be respectful of the space.
