The space This 3 bedroom, full bath home provides beautiful panoramic waterfront views from both upper and lower levels with lots of natural light throughout the home. With queen-sized bed in the master, twin-over full sized bunk bed in the second bedroom, full-sized bed in the lower level and a sofa with pull-out trundle in the lower level main room. There are plenty of sleeping options for groups and families. In season, the two decks, grassy yard, and beach provide great spaces to eat and play. From the house you’ll be able to walk down the front steps to your own private beach with dock to enjoy the water. Swim, paddle boat, play in the sand, sit and enjoy a book, it’s all right there and only steps away from the front door. While outside you can enjoy spending time on one of the two decks. Use the propane grill and dine at the patio set or relax and chat around the propane fire pit or both! Perhaps you prefer some rest in the hammock, also overlooking the water. The choice is yours and it is all set up for you to enjoy! Guest access The entire 3-bedroom home is yours, including waterfront access from the front yard for swimming, boating and fishing in the warm months and ice skating, ice-fishing and snow-mobiling in the winter months. There's also a wooded hiking trail within walking distance and snow-mobile trails nearby. Other things to note This water-front cottage provides the perfect peaceful getaway surrounded by nature and is conveniently located just minutes off of a main state route. Within a 15-20 minute drive you can experience fresh and local farmer markets offering local honey, produce and other tasty homemade treats. The area contains apple orchards and working farms and a variety of local and delicious restaurant options including popular chains within a 15-minute drive you can dine in or out with ease.
