The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including steam oven, warming drawer, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine & pots and pans to prepare delicious meals. There is a dedicated work area with ethernet connection. Guest access This is a semi attached house. ( This space shares a wall with host apartment, but is completely private ). You have full and private access to the entire spacious 1st floor living room/ open concept kitchen & bathroom, and back patio with exclusive use of Hot Tub . Upstairs private guest wing bedrooms & bathroom Separate entrances. Separate units. Sound proofed . We are respectful of privacy while also being available if needed. We share the driveway & washer/dryer. We perform maintenance on the pool / hot tub and grounds in the mornings . When you are out sightseeing & off property we may use the pool & pool deck . When you return , it is for your exclusive use. Other things to note You'd have a difficult time finding a safer town in all America than Amherst, New York. ( ranked 15 safest city in America) Set back from the road the home is backed by 1000 acres of forever green woods and walking trails. The Erie Canal is a five(5) minute walk to Veterans Park where you can sit by the water or access miles of paved bike paths.
