Enjoy our contemporary waterfront home set on 3.5 acres on Sebago Lake. This thoughtfully designed house boosts almost 5,000 SF providing plenty of space for your family. The stunning open concept living room will serve as your home base for making family memories. The space - Just 250 feet away, the calm/protected waterfront area provides endless options of kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming and more. - May include 1 guest boat spot upon request. A nominal fee may apply for 2024 season. - includes Use of Canoe, 2 kayaks and a paddleboard. -Have fun playing lawn games and roasting marshmallows by the fire in the lovely landscaped yard. -Minutes to Point Sebago Resort and Golf Course, Kettle Cove Marina and an easy drive to Portland, Maine. Guest access Garage fits two cars and spaces outside garage fit 4. Can also park along the long driveway if needed. Other things to note The Waterfront is shared with 6 association properties. Access to the waterfront is via a path at the side/back of our yard. Note that the water depth at the dock is approx 3-4 feet May through early Aug which is good for swimming/boating. The lake usually drops to 2-3 Feet Aug-Sept so swimming becomes less ideal. We trim up our pontoon when docking in the late summer. The dock is taken out around Oct 1. During the summer months, available for 7 nights Fri to Fri most weeks but may be available for fewer nights on select dates. Fall/Winter/Spring availability is usually 4 night minimums. Note on Essential Amenities: Sheets, duvets with covers, towels, and pillow cases are provided. A starter kit of shampoos, soaps and more is also provided. The property contains an separate owners/caretakers shed and loft which is not available for guest use. Owner may stay on occasion.
