HEJSAN och VÄLKOMMEN! There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, two of which are available for rent: 1. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the lagoon, community pool and the western hills. 2. The smaller bedroom has a parklike view of the entry area to the development, a large walk-in closet and a shared bath. The shared entry and living room has a large leather sofa and a baby grand piano with an adjacent patio with outdoor seating. The space Large, beautiful and sunny Master Bedroom with view of the lagoon. Private bathroom and walk-in closet. Your very own south-facing balcony overlooking the main lagoon, the community pool and the western hills towards San Carlos and Skyline. The famous San Francisco fog often rolls in over the mountain tops and makes it look like they are covered by a soft blanket. :-) The room is situated on the second floor and furnished with a Queen-size bed with matching armoire and dresser plus two night stands, a small sofa, a desk / dining table and several lamps. It also has a personal mini-fridge, microwave and a coffee maker for your convenience. A personal portable dishwasher has recently been added. This is a smoke-free home and only available to absolute non-smokers. Use of chemicals and perfumed products is strongly discouraged, while showing respect towards others, cleanliness and recycling is highly encouraged. ;-) Guest access Shared use of a new front-load washing machine and dryer on first floor, and a common use side patio with a BBQ and comfortable seating. I prefer individuals seeking peace and tranquility, who wish to have minimum sound or fragrance exposure inside the house, while still open to some interaction and pre-arranged or spontaneous get togethers, to promote an easy-going and friendly atmosphere in the house. Other things to note Additional House Rules: 1. Quiet time between 10 PM and 7 AM. 2. Fragrance sensitive household. Please use fragrance free products. 3. Recycling strongly encouraged. Please inquire if you are uncertain about the sorting rules. 4. No parking anywhere in the development. Free 72 hour parking on public streets, a 7-10 minute walk away. Please inquire about temporary parking in driveway for loading purposes. Optional: Purchase a monthly driveway parking pass. 5. Please use headphones whenever you are talking on the phone or listening to music or news, etc.
