Sit on the back porch and listen to the Chestatee River, hang out by the fire pit and cook some s'mores, or just relax in the hot tub after a hard day of wine tasting. The space This listing is only for the main floor and loft: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level has an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but will be locked off and not rented during your stay. Everything listed and pictured in the listing is available to you. You won't find another 2-bedroom this large for miles around! The main floor of the home is accessed via a ramp (no steps), and has a main floor master bedroom with a king bed. The living area will not disappoint with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. Upstairs in the loft is another bedroom with three full-size beds. Enjoy the outdoors on the large wraparound porch or on the terrace equipped with fire pit and hot tub. There is no direct river access from the property, but you can access the river with just a short drive through the neighborhood to the shared access point (instructions can be found at the house). Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in. Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Property Notes: - This listing is only available for certain dates in order to give priority to the full home listing. - This listing does not include the additional bedrooms and laundry room on the lower level. This will be locked off during your stay, but if for whatever reason guests access this space, they will be charged an additional $200 per night and additional $100 cleaning fee. - The bedroom in the loft is not set back much, and it does not have a front wall or a door. - This house has great privacy but is in a subdivision. No parties or loud outdoor music at any time. - Parking: There is room for two cars in the carport and three more in the driveway, but you may have to do some car shuffling to get cars out. No RVs or trailers without approval. Important things to know: • Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $60 plus tax per dog (per stay, not day). If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. • This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description. • Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee. • We do not provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at any local gas station or grocery store. • The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1. • We have a propane grill, and we provide propane. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour. • The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay. • This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.
