You will enjoy two separate studio style cottages each with their own full kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of towels and soaps, 100% cotton sheets, down pillows, /duvet. We have lots of outdoor seating options for coming together for hang time after a long day of exploring or just sitting back to enjoy your surroundings. The space Our cottages are located in the heart of the Lopez Village, a short walk to beaches, shops,bakeries, restaurants, groceries, and farmers market. Being surrounded by gardens and patios , it’s hard to even want to leave! Internet!! .. super fast! Wifi reaches the whole property! Smart Tv! Free Netflix already turned on. Queen - posturepedic mattress BBQ Free Onsite parking Guest access Feel free to roam the entire property. Find your favorite place to sit with our many options of outdoor seating. Or do some grilling with our share BBQ. PETS: We do allow dogs, but sorry NO cats. We have a $50 pet fee per stay , per cottage. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog, how many and which cottage. You will be charged for any damages or extra cleanings due to your pet. We also ask that you bring your own dog bed, so that it’s not on the bed , couch, or chairs. Also do not leave your dog unattended, unless crated. Thank you!
