Downtown is about a 2-3 minute drive from the hotel. It is a 10-15 minute walk. DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR? We highly recommend that you rent a car when you come to Baja. There is so much to see and explore here! CAN I WALK TO THE BEACH FROM PERRO SURFERO ? Yes, there is a dirt path down the street that leads over to the beach. It is a 13 min walk to La Cachora beach. CAN I SWIM AT THE BEACH CLOSEST TO PERRO SURFERO? La Cachora beach, which is located closest to the building is NOT a swimming beach. It is gorgeous and great for taking long walks, but the currents are very strong and the waves crash directly on the beach. In fact, none of the beaches in Todos Santos are recommended for swimming, HOW FAR TO THE NEAREST SWIMMING BEACH? We recommend Cerritos Beach for swimming. It is located about a 15-minute drive south of Todos Santos along highway 19 at km 64. You will find a restaurant and beach equipment rentals there. HOW FAR TO THE NEAREST SURF BREAK? Cerritos Beach, 15 min drive south of Todos Santos, take highway 19.
