Private room in this peaceful and centrally-located condo right on town green! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, community garden, shops, and more! The space Furnished room in quiet home with spacious closet, TV and desk. Lots of natural light (large window and skylight). Double sink vanity in shared bathroom across the hall, laundry room with W/D. Your room is located upstairs, the second door to the left. Guest access Shared kitchen: feel free to put any of your food items in the refrigerator or pantry. There’s plenty of storage space. Feel free to use any of the kitchen appliances and basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, oil, butter, etc. Living room: feel free to hangout in the living room. We have a beautiful couch and 55” tv with Apple TV. Feel free to use my Netflix account if it’s logged in, separate Netflix account access for guests will also be sent over upon arrival! Patio: This is a wonderful private space with a few seating options. I have a set of standard and adjustable weights that you may use anytime. At night feel free to use the propane powered patio heater. Just open the door, twist the knob to open. Close the door. Twist the black dial to the lightning bolt and push in and hold for about 1 minute. While holding, after 1 minute passes, push the red button while continuing to hold dial in. You should see a small flame. Go ahead and adjust the dial to your desired flame level and enjoy the heat. Make sure to turn off the heater by using the black dial, then twist the propane tank handle to the off position. During your stay I’ll be available around the house or remotely depending on my work schedule (usually night shift 11-8am). I’m also available to help you out during my work hours if needed. Call or text me and I’ll help you out with whatever you need. There are other people living in the condo, a long-time friend who is also a nurse with his gf. He lives in the room adjacent to the stairs. My gf and I are in the third (also night shift nurses) room across from the other room. Most of us are usually pretty busy and you may rarely see some of us especially due to our schedules.
