The space The location and view from this Sea Isles Ocean Front Building 1 condominium unit is why you came and will want to come back to Key Colony Beach (KCB) in the Florida Keys. The 3rd floor unit has 2 flights of stairs. The unit has recently been renovated. Downstairs is the pool, private sandy beach access, beautiful lawn with tiki, barbecue grills, and lounge chairs. Watching the boats come in and out of Vaca Cut waterway is fun to watch. New living room furniture with new Fire TV for your entertainment pleasure. New dining area furniture and bar stools. Remodeled guest bathroom new tile and vanity. Full kitchen is furnished and ready for full food preparation especially the abundant seafood off the beach including lobsters and seafood. Barbeque grills downstairs near tiki hut on the beach with picnic tables, a grassy lawn and lawn chairs. Walk a short distance just a few streets west to KCB Sunset Park for a beautiful sunset. After dark, the lawn chairs have a perfect view for star gazing. The City of KCB offers golf course, pickle ball courts, and with a permit daily boat trailer parking. Sea Isles Condominium has on site management office for your assistance and convenience if needed. Guest access The entire condominium unit with full kitchen, living room area, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Laundry facilities on site. All common amenities including 1 parking space per unit and guest parking is limited. No boat trailers allowed on property. You can apply for permit from city of Key Colony for nearby trailer parking. There is a swimming pool, private beach access, with a tiki hut and barbecue area to enjoy the view and fun ocean activities.
