Located in beautiful Pauma Valley, San Diego County, California. One hour or less drive to downtown San Diego, beaches, Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Temecula wineries, Mt. Palomar State Park and Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. We also offer free off peak level 2 EV charging on request. A washer and dryer is also available on request. The space This is a large studio, 750 SQ FT, with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. It is a brand new structure with a simi modern loft guest house. The down stairs is the owners private boat storage and workshop. A washer and dryer are available upon request, as is a level 2 EV charger. Guests can use the bocci ball court , a horse shoe pit, patio table, and propane BBQ. There are 24 steps to the loft. If stairs are a problem for you, try Bella Luna or Quixote Cottage. Guest access The Loft sits on a 10 acer parcel with a walking loop that views the valley and Harrah's Casino. The owner lives on the loop and is available for any of the guests needs. Other things to note As your coming up the paved drive way you will see two columns with address numbers on them. Then to the left two more brick columns and the Barn. Turn off there. The house with the address is 900 feet past the barn and is rented full time, please do not disturb the tenants.
