Second bedroom has queen bed (though the listing, which I can’t seem to change, says 2 single beds) Full bath has washer/dryer. We love using the clothes line out back! Guest access Full access … house will be all yours! Other things to note Two kayaks for leisurely lake cruise! Lifevests are available, but kayaking will be at guests own risk and owners take no responsibility. We don’t recommend swimming right off the property as the bottom is very muddy. There’s a sweet little sand beach steps away from the house that has lovely, clear water. Swimmers can get in some good laps going back and forth to the wall across the lake! And is skiing your thing? Otis Ridge is a quick 10 minute drive ; Butternut is 30 minutes away and Catamount 45 minutes. As the name indicates, we are indeed in a forest! You most likely won’t run into any, but wild animals also live here, too! Be sure not to leave ANY food or trash outside! The forest is of course home to little field mice….. you might get the occasional visit from Mickey or Minnie! Please… absolutely NO smoking
