Kitchen: is fully equipped with cooking essentials, including utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, blender & hand mixer. Misc: Linens & towels provided, Washer/dryer with detergent, iron & ironing board. Sand followed you in? We've got you covered including broom, vacuum & mop if needed. There are hand weights and a yoga matt. Left your life vest at home? Grab one from the small variety of sizes from the entry closet. Parking: 2 marked spaces located next to cottage with additional boat/trailer parking adjacent to cottage. Watercrafts: Feel free to bring boat as there is an assigned slip for the cottage, 24' will fit either 2 jet skis or 1 boat. Kayaks: from our cottage are available for use including paddles and assorted life vests. Dogs: are allowed. It's great to have them with you but please, keep them in control and on a leash when outside. Guest access Entire property is available for use and can be accessed 24/7 during stay with door keypad. Other things to note Please take note that parties or events are not permitted. Any smoking is only permitted outside the cottage. And we ask that occupants be respectful of neighbors. Quite time is observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
