Upper floor: - Main bedroom with A/A, closet and mattress bed. - Recamara 2 with A/A, closet and double/single bunk bed. - One full bathroom for the two bedrooms. - Ironing area. Plan down: - Three-piece corner room - Dining room. - Kitchen with a stove and a bell. - Microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, etc. - Refrigerator. - Washer - Half bathroom The living-dining room area has 1.5 Tonnes A/A and a 50 "TV with Netflix service. Guest access Inside the Private Coto: Guests can access the pool at the allowed time, green areas, play area, basketball court, etc. Inside the House: Guests are accessible to everything inside the house, except for the door that is when climbing the stairs as it will be locked up and is for the exclusive use of cleaning staff only. Other things to note The house is located just 5 minutes from the Convention Center, Plaza Galerias, Walmart, General Hospital, Pharmacies, Oxxo shops, Kiosko, Restaurants and close to the Mazatlan Marina where you can rent a yacht. As for beaches, I consider Playa Pato Blanco or Cerritos Beach to be the closest, however only 7.9 km away is the Golden Zone with even more beaches and 8.3 km away is the Mazatlán Aquarium which is also an area very visited by travelers and is a few steps from the beach.
