Adventure awaits! 4x4 is required The space Mountains to Sea is a newly constructed, 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom compound perfect for large families or groups, spread between 2 luxury villas adjacent to each other (Casa Palma and Casa Motmot). There is a beautiful pool, sun deck and lounge area, and a 2nd story gym space for yoga, workouts, or dance parties! Find the details about each space below. Casa Palma: Casa Palma is a spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa. (1/2 bath is located poolside a few steps away). Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the mountain, valley, jungle and garden views from the living space, or enjoy your morning coffee on the patio and count how many different types of birds you see! The open floor plan allows guests to interact while cooking a meal in the large fully equipped kitchen using local ingredients from weekly farmers markets. Enjoy your meal at the countertop seating and the live edge wooden table. The spacious primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk in shower, an A/C unit, ceiling fans and a closet so you can unpack and feel at home. There is a Queen size bed and a Full size bed both with high end Posturepedic mattresses so you can sleep well during your stay. The other two bedrooms feature adult size custom made guanacaste wood bunk beds, with a Queen size on the bottom and a Full size on the top. These beds have built in nitches in the wall with outlets and space for your personal things, and nice windows to give additional airflow and to take in the views while laying in bed! All mattresses are high-end Posturepedic and both bedrooms have A/C units and closets. These two bedrooms share a full size bathroom with a walk in shower. Casa Motmot: Casa Motmot is a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath adorable home that sits on the edge of the jungle. (There is an additional 1/2 bath poolside a few steps away.) Sip on your coffee, listen to the birds and watch the clouds rise out of the valley from the breakfast/reading nook. Visit the weekly farmers markets and cook your meals in our fully equipped kitchen, the 4 person dining table is on the front patio a joining the kitchen. Both bedrooms have adult size custom made guanacaste wood bunk beds with Posturepedic Queen mattresses on the bottom and Posturepedic Full mattresses on the top. There are A/C units and closets in each room for you to make yourself at home. Each bed has built in nitches with outlets and space for your personal things, as well as windows to give some extra airflow and to take in the views from your bed! The bathroom separates the 2 bedrooms and has a walk in shower overlooking the treetops behind the house. Or if you prefer to rinse off in the natural stone outdoor shower, you can do that too! Pool and Fitness Oasis Cool off in our therapeutic saltwater pool while listening to the cascading water of our water feature (see photos for pics of the waterfall!). Read a book or take a nap poolside on our loungers, hammock chairs or comfy day bed. The bottom floor of the Oasis also has a stunning 12 person dining table, perfect for your family or group to enjoy meals together. There is also a chefs kitchen available for use if you choose to hire a private chef through the help of your hosts for an additional cost. Hiring a chef is a great way to maximize time spent vacationing and doing everything our area has to offer, and not having to worry about the cooking and cleaning! The second floor of the Oasis has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and is a 900sq ft open space with teak floors. As an Air BnB guest you can spend time practicing yoga, working out, meditating, dancing or lounging in a hammock. Private personal training or yoga sessions are also available upon request for an additional fee. ***We DO NOT allow coaches, teachers, etc. to use this space for business without renting this space separately from AirBnb. Guest access Guests will have access to both villas (Casa Palma and Casa Motmot), the pool and pool lounge area, the Fitness Oasis, and the entire grounds. *There is a clothes washer and dryer available for use for $15.00 per load. Other things to note A 4x4 vehicle is necessary for the driveway to the house! The road is in good condition but it is dirt and it is a bit steep.
