The holiday villa Tro Naod is quietly located in a cul-de-sac and wonderfully Breton rustic built of granite and the roof is covered with thick slate slabs. The space The holiday villa Tro Naod is really special - quietly located in a cul-de-sac and wonderfully grassy rustic built of granite and covered with thick slate plates - so you imagine a Breton mansion. Although you do not see the sea directly from the house, but the way and the distance to the fine sandy beach is done in one minute by pedes - the house is located directly on a beautiful fine sandy beach. Even the name suggests this; the "Tro Naod" means as much as "the no tour to the beach" in Breton. So the house is lovely and - you have a great garden fenced in with a great old palm stock available - and if you don't like to lie right on the beach and sea; still enjoy your great garden with its terraces - of course to the south! The property is closed by a gate, there is plenty of parking, even a carport. The house is lush from the place and offers 5 separate rooms with 5 double beds. Since all beds do not exceed 140x200 - we do not recommend more than 8 guests (the beds - are all made upon your arrival). One bedroom even has a bathroom en suite (with small shower cabin) and is like a small studio in the new building area of the house - with separate terraces access and small separate living area and is wonderfully flooded with light - this is of course ideal as a master bedroom and pointed for the guests with dogs - everything is level and you have direct access to the garden – the huge phoenix palms give this area shade in high summer. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the first floor - one has a sink en suite - and all 4 rooms share the bathroom with bathtub, which is also intended for showering (provided with glass at the shower side ) A separate toilet is also on this floor. A small special feature is the beach shower - this can be reached from the back directly if you come home from the stand - so it is on the ground floor. So there are 3 different toilets and 3 different showers available in the house. The cottage Tro Naod is something special as described - it is really a great, typical for this region, built in granite and imposing rustic! Inside, the house was set up very high quality for the time when it was built in the 70s; you are well maintained and unchanged today! So you will move into a house, that you will be received in terms of furnishing the charm of the '70s! Guest access For a long time we are now working as an agency in our magnificent Finistère, the surrounding area is picturesque and you will be pampered by nature - you will be surprised how much space you will find everywhere, even in high season, our Nord Finistère is never overcrowded. This is “THE” advantage for guest who really relax and really like to "come down". All this in and with our beautiful nature (often we say for ourselves - here the world is still fine - the air clean, the water clear and the Bretons are incredibly warm, friendly people ). Villa Tro -Naod is located in the famous Brignogan Plage, right on the magnificent sea, right by the house also invites the "sentier cotier" to walk and the sandy beach to a stone's throw away from the house. Who likes to walk comfortably to one of our favorite restaurants "La Corniche" on the picturesque bay of Brignogan - in a short distance about 1/2 km! Other things to note The real extra of this house is the incredible proximity to the finest sandy beach, and the great quiet location in the cul-de-sac - there you really have your peace on holiday. What's really great is that one of the best restaurants in the Brignogan Plages region ( the “La Corniche” ) is within walking distance; you can just leave the car at home for an aperitif, lunch or dinner. For me, the garden is really more than impressive, the most beautiful for me: the enormous phoenix palm in the garden; - it is simply always nice when you are allowed to stay in grown gardens. The house is great for families because of the proximity to the sandy beach; because of the beautiful garden also gladly with your dog. What should not be forgotten; how beautifully the house was built - my heart always goes out when I can see such really large granite houses and then still with the seldom become thick slate roofs.
