The space The home is tucked away in a peaceful, wooded, golf-cart friendly neighborhood, just off Rt. 507 and is well-suited for a couples retreat, or a small family. Although secluded, we are only minutes from several restaurants, marinas, hiking trails, sightseeing, antique shops, boating, kayaking, the public beach, grocery stores, and more. We are also close by to Silver Birches if you are attending a wedding and need a comfortable place to stay :) Upon arrival to the home, you will use a personalized code for the keypad/smart lock at the front door. For safety, and for you to feel most comfortable, the code is changed after each guest and is unique to you. We also have actively recording cameras on the front and side of the house for your safety as well as for security reasons. ☑ 40Mbps High Speed Wi-Fi on the house ☑ Dog friendly, up to two dogs, and charge a small $75 one time fee. DOG-FRIENDLY We love having our fur baby with us on vaca, and are happy to offer that to you! We trust that your dog is potty-trained and will not be let on couches and beds. We also supply disposable bags for you to properly dispose of any pet waste. There are some friendly neighborhood dogs that like to stop by and say hello sometimes, as well as deer, bear and other wildlife that frequent the area. Please do not leave your dog unattended for any period of time, for both their safety, as well as the safety of the other animals in the neighborhood. Good dogs are what keep our place dog-friendly :) Please note that the yard is not fenced. Pleas refer to our amenities list to view all that we offer, such as utensils, coffee, etc. We supply basic cleaning products, laundry detergent as well as dishwasher detergent, and a drying rack tucked away behind the washing machine for you to use to hang wet suits or towels outside. BUNK BED ROOM Tiny but cute! The twin size bunk beds are comfy and just what your kids will need for a restful night before a big day out on the lake. We also have playing cards, games, and storybooks for rainy days and down time. 3-SEASON ROOM/SUNROOM This room is the perfect place to enjoy the views of the trees and foliage through the large panoramic windows while you drink your morning cup of coffee. Join around the table (for 6) to enjoy a family dinner, a relaxing night cap, or a game night! We love watching the friendly neighborhood deer walk through the woods in the morning, and listen to the chirping crickets at night. This room has access through the primary bedroom, as well as the back deck off of the kitchen. *This room is listed as a 3-Season room, as it is not insulated, therefore does get quite cold in the winter months. We have fold out dining trays that are perfect for dining indoors during the colder months.* OUTDOORS The outdoor space features: ☑ A small deck on both the front and back of the house ☑ Charcoal grill ☑ Large picnic table. ☑ Fire pit for a relaxing evening with friends, or some marshmallow roasting! ☑ Includes firewood!!! ** We do not supply charcoal for the grill, so you may need to pick some up if you plan on using the grill, or help yourself to any that has been left from previous guests. ** **The yard is on a pitch, but is not steep by any means. The yard is NOT fenced.** **The neighborhood does have gravel roads, which do get icy in the winter months.
