This lovely A-Frame nestled in the woods has it all! Just off of Lake Blue Ridge in the verdant North Georgia Mountains, this home has huge common areas and cozy bedrooms. It's just far enough from the highway that only woodland sounds (and the occasional power boat) will be your soundtrack, yet civilized enough to have all utilities, cable TV, Smart Home features and fast fiber optic Internet. Dining, shopping, and entertainment options are all close at hand (10-20 minutes.) The space The house is newly redone with enhanced landscaping, a new fire ring, fresh paint and lighting throughout, new bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, upgraded electrical including vehicle charging outlet and automatic standby generator. Since this is also OUR vacation home, you'll find that it is exceptionally well maintained! It is always our goal to surpass our guests' highest expectations! Guest access The whole space is yours to explore. Other things to note We think this is an amazing house (we are, admittedly, biased) though it can't be all things to all people. There are some things we don't have, and if any of these are critical, you may want to look elsewhere. - We are one property removed from the lake shore and do not have direct lake access. Access is available through nearby forest service lands and at Morganton Point Recreation Area. - Televisions in kitchen and living room only; currently none in bedrooms. - Half bath upstairs carved out of living room. Full bath downstairs serves both bedrooms (not ensuite.) - Queen-size mattresses (anything larger won't fit.) - No spa tub (yet.) - For allergy reasons, we cannot host your cat(s) or smokers.
