Enjoy streaming services on both the living room and game room TVs. Desk in living room is perfect for remote work! Guest access Shed in the backyard has beach chairs and outdoor games for guest use. Other things to note Lake, beach, snack bar, full bar, and playground in the Towamensing Trails community are for you to enjoy and only 5 mins from the house! The pool is open during summer. You can also rent paddle boats and kayaks. There is a quick guest rental form to be filled out to stay in the community which will be shared prior to arrival. The community office will issue vehicle tags and wristbands for access to all the community amenities including the lake beach, pool, arcade room, trash site etc. The trash disposal site located 7 mins drive from the property.
