This turns off the AC when doors are open for more than 3 minutes and when the room is unoccupied for an extended period. • Once the room is occupied, and all doors are closed, then the AC units stay on and operate normally. HOUSEKEEPING DURING YOUR STAY - The included cleaning fee is for cleaning after your departure. - Weekly cleaning is required for bookings of 8 nights or greater. This is a separate fee of US $50 per week. - Should guests desire more frequent cleaning, this is available at US $50 per housekeeping visit.
