Three tastefully decorated bedrooms are on the upper floor: Master Bedroom: Sleep in comfort with a regal king-size bed, gas fireplace, and an exquisitely designed spa-like bathroom; complete with a deep soaking tub and rainforest shower. Guest Room Number 2: This room is conveniently attached to the master bedroom. It includes a grand king-size bed, electric fireplace, convenient kitchenette, and a full bathroom with a shower to relax and unwind. Guest Room Number 3: The third bedroom is across the hall from the master. This room features a plush queen-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower. Additional Sleeping Arrangements on Main Floor: The family/game room is thoughtfully furnished to cater to your every need. The fold-out queen-size couch provides a touch of versatility, ready to accommodate extra guests in comfort. For added privacy, the room is adorned with double doors, allowing you to create a secluded refuge when desired. An oversized sofa graces the main living room, inviting you to unwind in style. Guest access All parts of the home will be available for you to enjoy with the exception of select locked rooms in the basement and the garage. The garage will be available for those wishing one month or longer stays. Other things to note The home is equipped with security cameras and keyless entry. PARTIES Sorry no parties (even quiet ones) are authorized without express permission from the host. PET POLICY We love our pets, and up to 2 well-behaved pets per visit are welcome for an additional $100 flat fee per stay. All pets must be house trained and kept off ALL furniture and bedding. Per local ordinance, pets must be leashed at all times when outside the home. Pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in garbage can outside of home. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets. SMOKING POLICY This is a NO smoking home. Any evidence of smoking (of any kind) in the home (smell, etc) will be subject to a minimum $600 charge.
