We look forward to welcoming you! The space The Sycamore St. Apartment is a recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom single story apartment. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig, gas range and a washer & dryer. Relax in the cozy living room with a 55inch Samsung smart tv, enjoy the central dining room that can also act as a second dedicated work space and a clean and modern bathroom with plenty of storage. Each bedroom features a queen bed with hotel quality linens and large closets. Brand new Central AC system installed in 2023. Private outdoor furnished deck and front porch to be enjoyed in warmer months. Ample street parking in addition to two dedicated parking spots located in driveway behind the unit. Guest access Entire apartment + private deck off the kitchen + shared driveway. Other things to note Free daytime street parking located in front of the unit and through out Three Oaks. Overnight street parking is not allowed in three oaks and will result in a ticket. There are two dedicated parking spots in the shared driveway behind the unit. Please park in the two spots in front of the barn (blue parking blocks) in front of sign that reads "reserved for 101". Self Check in with 4 digit code provided before your stay for easy access to the unit at the time of check in and during your stay. Samsung smart tv is set up for internet only. You can use your own streaming service subscriptions to watch your favorite shows while at the Sycamore St Apartment. The unit does not currently have a dishwasher but otherwise the kitchen is fully equipped. This is the front unit of a duplex. The back unit is occupied by a long term tenant. There are no shared common spaces between the two units.
