Welcome to this newly renovated Victorian Beach Home with a wrap around, large front porch, plenty of outdoor seating, open floor plan, private back yard and more. This home is only a 5-minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and a 15 min walk into town where you will find great dining and shopping. You won't regret your stay at this beautiful home. Note: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. This home has been newly renovated, and we rent to families that are responsible and considerate of the neighbors. The space This home features an open floor plan, first floor includes large family room with gas fireplace, open kitchen and dining room with new appliances, 2 kitchen islands, wet bar and mudroom. Second floor boasts a large primary bedroom, soaking tub in the ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet as well as 3 additional large bedrooms, and 2.5 additional bathrooms. Backyard includes patio for casual downtime. The master bedroom has a King size bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed. 4th bedroom has two full-size beds. We can also accommodate families with infants. Crib and playpen upon request. Please note that for the months of October 1st through May 15th, Point Pleasant township only allows monthly reservations(30 day minimum stay). Guest access This home is setup with a keyless entry for easy self-check-in access. Other things to note Beach House Welcome Information Welcome to 103 Central Ave! We look forward to hosting you and your family. Please take a moment to read the information below as it will make your stay go smoothly. Please note that for the months of June 1st - September 15th Point Pleasant Townships only allows 7 day minimum stays. For the months of October-May 15th, Point Pleasant Township only allows monthly reservations (30 day minimum stay). Check-In: Check-in is at 3pm. The cleaning crew will be done by then and the house will be ready for you. The code to the door will be sent via text on Saturday morning. We will also leave a physical key for you. You can locate the key in the first drawer of the kitchen Island. If you prefer to use the smart lock to get in and out of the house, please make sure not to lock the handle when leaving. In the first drawer of the kitchen Island, you will find beach badges. We have 4 adults and two child badges. If the children are under 5, they are not required to have a badge for beach entry. Before you check out, please make sure you leave the badges in the drawer. Please try not to lose the badges as the replacement cost is 95 dollars per adult badge and 35 for a child badge. Wifi information is: Network: 103 central ave Passcode: blue1234 Music: We have two SONOS speakers one in the family room and one in the kitchen. All you need to do is download the SONOS app to listen to your favorite music. Parking: We provide two parking passes for overnight street parking if needed. Please keep in mind that two to three cars fit comfortably in the driveway. Beach Accessories: On the left back side of the house, you will see a door to a storage area. In there you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart and boogie boards. Additional information for family with children: A highchair is available if needed. Please make sure to send us a note requesting it before check-in. The chair converts into a toddler table and chair if needed. The directions for this can be located in the cabinet drawer next to the chair. In the mudroom you will find the staircase safety gate. Also, in the mudroom you will find beach towels, beach toys as well as reading books, coloring books and crayons. We have a crib ready for use. In the case you need us to set it up before your arrival, please let us know in advance. All bedding and towels are here for your use as well. Recyclables (cardboard, plastic and glass) are Wednesday morning. Note: they come early morning. If a week’s worth of trash is left behind in or outside of the house when checking, out an additional cleaning cost will be charged. All bed sheets and towels that have been used must be placed in the laundry room. All dishes should be placed in the cabinets and if used in the dishwasher before checkout. All toys and books must be placed back in the playroom/mudroom. All badges, parking passes and keys must be placed back in the kitchen Island drawer. Check out is no later than 11:00 am.
