A basement apartment within my ADK home, complete with a kitchenette, two twin beds, a fold out couch, Peloton exercise equipment, full bath (shower), eating/working space, and TV. Perfect space for people coming to work in the Canton-Potsdam area. Well-trained pets are permitted for a fee of $100 per pet (please include in reservation). Lastly, all guests in this apartment can enjoy the spacious outside areas (fire pit, outdoor eating areas, porch, grill, trails). The space The space is an open plan, basement apartment. The bathroom is private. On the other side of a staircase is a dedicated workout space with a Peloton Bike and Tread. Both pieces of equipment can be used. If you wish to use the Bike, you need your own shoes. There is a kitchenette (small stove, compact dishwasher, compact refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, and toaster. There are two twin camp beds. The couch folds out into a Queen size bed. The bathroom has a large shower. There is a small closet next to the kitchenette, where you can hang clothes, and store clothes. And, there is a large TV with lots of streaming services. The utility room will be locked (storage space and boiler). Guest access You will have a full range of the basement apartment. There is a utility room that is used for storage or where to access the boiler. In some cases during a stay, if the boiler light goes off, the host will need to get into the utility room. Other things to note To enter the basement apartment, you will need to walk through the main house. There is no separate entrance into the basement.
