FAQ: - No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. - Pets Allowed. Renter will be responsible for any damages - Stairs required for access - One Security Camera (Facing Parking area only) - Paved Road to Cabin, easy drive with no steep cliffs or drop offs - Gravel Parking for up to 5 cars - Central Heating and Air. Upstairs and Basment bedrooms and Basement main room have additional mini-split for more precise temperature control and comfort Guest access Private use of the Entire Cabin, except locked closets. Other things to note RIVER ACCESS: We have river access in the community. Turn right out of the house deeper into the neighborhood. Turn right on Dallas Ln. Turn left at the mailbox for 293/297 Dallas Ln onto the gravel/dirt drive. There is a gate at the railroad tracks. The gate is not locked. Please close the gate when you leave. It is a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk. Laundry detergent, Dishwasher detergent, Paper products, Trash bags and Towels are left in limited quantities. Please note that you may need to provide more of these things depending on your usage.
