We both love to travel to visit our friends and family so we take the opportunity to rent our rooms every time we are away. our apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood. Only 10 minutes away from Central Park and midtown Manhattan. The closest train station is below the building(E,M,R) The space PRIMARY BEDROOM: OVERALL: It is a wide/large bedroom (considering NYC standards). With new furnishings; very clean, tidy, modern and cozy. VIEWS: WIDE window opening looking west to the city skyline and amazing sunsets. Photos in this listing are taken either from the bedroom or the rooftop. BED: Queen Size Bed that can turn into a sofa so you can have your own private “Living Room” inside your bedroom. Mechanism is sturdy and VERY easy to use. TV: Smart TV with streaming platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, etc. AC: AC and heating unit inside the bedroom. CLOSET: Big enough for 2 people traveling.
