I added a heat pump to help with the heat and to provide air conditioning if desired. Being the basement the Suite is generally cool enough. The space I have converted my basement into a queen bedroom suite. There is a complete living room area, a kitchen with a convection oven/air fryer, microwave and coffee maker, dining table, an oversized shower, walk in closet and a peaceful queen bed area. I have added a washer and dryer for the 2024 season. Guest access You have your own private entrance at the back of the house. That said I would not consider this property handicap accessible for that reason. The walk around to the back of the house is level but once you round the corner of the house the grass lawn slopes down to a stonewall with 3 steps. The backyard is yours to enjoy with a gas grill and outside table and chairs. Even though you are this close to Main Street you won't feel it from the lovely outside setting with perennial gardens and a marsh.
