Located on a quiet street along the Lake Loop bike path/Lake Monona, and close to Willy Street (0.3 mi), the Sylvee (1.1 mi), the Capitol (1.7 mi), Monona Terrace (1.6 mi), and Camp Randall (3.3 mi). The space Guests will stay in the 3rd floor primary suite in our multi-family home. The loft is just over 550 square feet with vaulted ceilings and sky lights. The space has a large, naturally-lit bathroom with shower, a fully stocked coffee/tea bar, table, a dedicated workspace, and ample seating around a smart TV. Note: Guests will have to climb 3 flights of stairs to access the loft. The loft includes sleeping space for up to five, including a dedicated sleeping area with a queen bed, a queen memory foam floor futon, and a XL twin (43.5") couch futon. Guest access Guests will have access to the 3rd floor during their stay. Guests will also be able to access the laundry in the basement. Other things to note Guests will need to climb three flights of stairs to access the loft. We and another family live on the first and second floors full time, so you may see us from time to time. It's an older home, so it has some creaks to it and guests may hear noise from the downstairs neighbors at times. We try to be respectful of our guests and observe a pretty traditional schedule!
