The space This basement apartment has one bedroom and a living room area with oversized coffee table to have takeout dinner at. It has a 43” smart tv and streaming services. The bedroom has a 32” smart tv as well. It has its own private bathroom that has free laundry, single cup coffee (with a couple coffee cups and k cups provided) and mini fridge. Guest access Entire basement access. Guests also have backyard access, which is the only place where you may run into me tending to my vegetable garden, flowers, or mowing the lawn. There’s also one off street parking spot for you in alley equipped with motion lights and a well lit path to your door. Other things to note NOTE: There is a short flight of steps to go downstairs. It is not wheelchair accessible. PARKING:If you have a car too large for the parking space (or you have trailer), you can park on street & walk down driveway and across deck to your door.
