It has been renovated and can be used comfortably year-round, but you may find some quirks still within the space such as uneven flooring and cool or warm spots in the home. Guest access You will have access to all rooms in the house, in addition to the backyard (deck and dock) and side yard (patio and firepit). Please do not use the beaches as those are for the association’s resident members only.
