Strong preference for female. **men must sit to urinate. Bard Fridge in room. Plus 1/2 full fridge and freezer upstairs. 2 desks. Nice chair. Central heating and personal heater. Slightly vaulted ceilings, bright morning sun in the shared kitchen and living room. This bright area is air conditioned in the summer. The space A welcoming space. Not a dorm or crash pad. More of a roommates place. 9 people in total. We highly prefer someone who isn’t always sequestering in their room gaming or on social media. Then the house functions as a unit. Guest access The 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs bathrooms are shared equally, but upstairs are nicer. The kitchen and living room is shared. During your stay I have moved out of home. In charge is a co-host.
