Relax with your significant other at our Donelson home. Close to shopping and eatery’s. No children under 8. The space Our house is located in a quite, peaceful neighborhood yet minutes from most any thing you want. GPS says it is 9.3 miles from Vanderbilt Medical Center. One end of subdivision is across street from shopping center with Target, Marshall’s, Dollar Tree, Kohl’s. There is a walking/bike greenway accessible from Kohls parking lot. The other end of subdivision is across street from YMCA and Police Academy. There are tons of fast food/restaurants within a 10 mile radius. Krogers and Publix are just 3-4 miles down the road. It’s about 5 minutes from airport. It is a 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom and office. The bigger bedroom has a queen size bed with adjustable head and foot lift. The 2nd bedroom has a full size Murphy bed that converts to desk with cabinets which is perfect if one of you work from home. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TV’s. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer. It has a bath and a half. Living room has tv as well as electric fireplace with leather sectional with reclining ends. Have fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, crockpot, dishes, toaster, air fryer, spices etc. (just about anything you would need to cook.) Have dining room table that holds 6-8 people. Also have large deck with table/chairs for 6 and a new grill. I love the beach so I’ve decorated the house with a beach theme. We also have fiber optic internet. We also have spacious front and back yard. It is the entire 1st floor of our house which is approximately 1,300 sq feet. Guest access Front door
