Our neighborhood is quiet and safe great for walking or riding the two cruisers left for your enjoyment. We are located just 30 minutes from most Napa and Sonoma Valley wineries; 60 minutes from the Sonoma Coast. The space Classic bungalow style with modern upgrades makes for a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms and two baths provide adequate space for living and working. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet and ensuite bath with walk in shower while the other two bedrooms share a bath with shower and tub. Attention to detail is apparent in all amenities including top quality linens. The whole house is infused with light due to the abundant windows and doors. Hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, and ceiling fans add to the comfort of the home. Outside you will find two seating areas with comfortable furniture, a dining area with granite table, fan, and lighting for evening meals. There is a Weber gas barbecue to prepare your perfect alfresco meal while you eat alongside the pool. Hot tub is heated at a constant 102 degrees and is always ready for use. Just steps away from the primary bedroom. Guest access The whole home and outdoor area is open to guests, but the garage will be locked and inaccessible. Other things to note Weekly cleaning services can be arranged if desired.
