This home is close to SU, ESF, Lemoyne, Westcott and downtown, yet tucked away on a residential street. Nature lovers can enjoy an early morning stroll around Barry Park. For coffee and food enthusiasts, Recess, Rise N Shine, Yeti and Alto Cinco are within walking distance. The space I have lived here for just over a year. I absolutely love the older, historic homes in this area. My street is primarily residential but the surrounding streets are mainly student rentals. It creates the perfect balance - a relatively quiet home tucked back from the street while being surrounded by the buzz of multiple colleges. As with older homes, much effort goes into retaining its character. I have done many renovations in my short time here and hope you love my place as much as I do. The floors do creek and it has imperfections that you won't find in new builds, but I find these things are outweighed by its unique character and charm! The Space Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, spices, all cooking supplies. Living room: Couch that can be used as a twin bed, window seat nook, TV with apps, USB charging station. Bedroom 1: Queen bed and dresser, USB charging station, and TV with apps Bedroom 2: Full bed, dresser, closet, USB charging station, and TV with apps Bedroom 3: Full bed, hanger, USB charging station, and sit/stand desk Dining room: Seating for 8 Full bath: Shower and tub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Half bath Basement: New high capacity laundry machines, soap and stain remover. Guest access Entire house is open to guests aside from the attic. Main bedroom - the closet will be locked but 1 full dresser is available. An adjustable sit/stand desk is in the 3rd bedroom. It has dual monitors available and an office chair upon request. The basement is used for owner's storage but guests are welcome to use the washer, dryer and laundry soap. My driveway and one car garage are around the corner. This is available to guests. Also, there is plenty of on street parking very close by. Other things to note I have made many updates since I moved in last year. I just wanted to mention that a few of my windows look foggy but they are well cleaned. I just need to get them re-sealed. They function fine though. It's just cosmetic. The fireplace is not set up for wood and has remote operated candles for ambiance. Garbage cans are on the side of the house.
