To accommodate 6 guests, there's a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a single sofa bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped to whip up any meal of the day, and at the dining table, you can enjoy a sit-down meal or work on your laptop comfortably if needed. With high speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs, entertainment is always just a click away. And for those who love a refreshing dip, the spacious pool within the complex awaits. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. Other things to note The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm. - Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please, plan your arrival within this time frame, as entry to the community cannot be granted after this hour. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. - Please wear the bracelets to get access to the common areas. Lost bracelets are $2000 MXN to replace. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited.
