This lower level 1 bedroom guest apartment is located in a single family home on a quiet street. It is a split entry home w/ the Airbnb apartment door at the base of the steps & the owners' door at the top level of the stairs. The apartment (1,200 sq ft) features cozy furnishings; a spacious living room w/ a pull out queen bed, gas fireplace & TV; and a small kitchen w/ a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, stove/oven & microwave. The bedroom includes a queen bed & its own TV. Guest access Guests will enter the shared front door coded entrance to home and then proceed down the stairs to the lower level private coded entrance. The entire lower level is for guest use. Laundry is in the lower level and depending on the length of stay, hosts may need access. Hosts live upstairs. Other things to note Our family lives upstairs. We do have a small chihuahua dog and a 2 year old. You may hear us throughout the day. Most likely it will be the dog and our child bothering each other. Thank you for your understanding.
