The flagstone parking space on the left as you face the property is reserved for the studio. The entrance to the downstairs property is the red door with a window to your right. The other red door accesses the laundry. Other things to note The owner lives upstairs. There is an adjoining studio also available for you to rent if you have more than 6 guests. The property is designed to maintain maximum privacy for guests. The only shared amenity is the parking area. We welcome some doggies, but pit bulls or mixes, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and aggressive breeds are not OK due to liability issues.
