Other things to note + Note: The unit temporarily has 2 twin beds in one room and 2 twins in the other room. The 2 upstairs queens are not currently in the unit. + We always like to set expectations for our guests and would like to make sure we do so here. This is generally an older home with some updates to the master bathroom. Please refer to the photos for pictures of the home, but please be advised that it is a older home. If you prefer newer or more modern homes please consider booking another listing for your comfort. + We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. There is a $100 fine for any cars found parking or driving on the yard. + + During the summer you may want to set your thermostat to 75-78 degrees every day the outside temperature is 90 degrees or higher. The AC will only cool the rental to approximately 78 to 82 degrees inside when the outside temperature is extremely high. If you lower the thermostat too far in an attempt to beat the heat, it could potentially freeze the AC unit and result in no AC for 24-48 hours to repair the system. **Please also understand that HVAC technicians will be busy increasing response times to HVAC issues. ***We recommend keeping doors and windows shut and ceiling fans on running.
