Also, Orillia & Lake country is just 30 mins away, offering cross-country skiing, forested trails, fat biking/snowshoe trails, or rent a snowmobile. The space The main floor has a big kitchen where you would find all of the kitchen appliances such as an espresso coffee machine and the milk frother, a blender,4 slices of the toaster, a fridge with a water filter and an ice machine, a microwave, stove, dishwasher and all of your other essentials for cooking. It is the perfect place to have your breakfast. On the same floor, you will find the spacious dining room overlooking the water, where 8 people can sit comfortably. As well as the cozy living room with the canal views and the electrical fireplace, smart tv, arcade video game machine, books, and board games. Finally, the bathroom on the first floor has a stunning glass door shower with all of your shower essentials (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash). The second floor has 4 bedrooms with ultra-comfortable pillows and mattresses for a perfect night's rest. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the rest of the rooms have a queen size. The second bathroom on this floor comes with a tub. On the patio, you will find a BBQ grill, an outdoor heater for colder nights, a table to enjoy your lunches/dinners as well as an outdoor lounge chair. The patio has a gate that keeps the young children and pets safe from getting close to the canal. The hot tub is located in the backyard, overlooking the canal. In addition, a fire pit to enjoy. You are welcome to bring your own boat and kayak as you will have access to the canal and the opportunity to dock your boat. Fishing is allowed. Please keep in mind all children must be supervised at all times when near the water. The canal should not be used for swimming, you can swim at the beach that is a 5 min walk from the cottage. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire house to themselves. No parties or events are allowed at any time during your stay. Other things to note The Casino Ramara is a 25 min drive. Vetta Nordic Spa is 30 mins away. For downhill skiing and snowboard lovers Mount St. Louis Moonstone is just 1 hour drive.
