The north border of the property is on "Rum Runners Trail", a scenic 107 km groomed trail (ideal for biking, walking, four wheeling, or snowmobiling) stretching from Halifax to the town of Lunenburg. Peggy's Cove, and other scenic drives and sites, are located close by giving you an experience of quintessential Nova Scotia life. The home has four large bedrooms (with generous closet space and drawers). The morning views from the two front upstairs bedrooms are spectacular as you watch the local fishing boats go to work. It has a very large, fully equipped kitchen. It also has a spacious living room with ample lounging areas and the views are AMAZING! It is ideal for either single family or multiple families. A full size washer and dryer is located in the upstairs bathroom. A large front deck with chairs overlooking the beach is a perfect place to watch your children play if a full day at the beach is not your thing. The front deck is equipped with a cooking grill.
