The space This three bedroom, two bath, house features a queen bed in one bedroom, a king bed in the main floor bedroom, and a king bed in master bedroom upstairs. The views from the large living room with of the open ocean, Campobello Island and West Quoddy State Park are mesmerizing! There is a dining table for six in a small glassed-in section off the kitchen that overlooks the beach. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the amenities of home including a coffee maker, blender and more. A washer and dryer is included that is easily accessed off the living room. There is parking for three vehicles and a 100 ft path to one of the few private sandy beaches in Lubec. The house is handicapped accessible. The main floor bedroom off the kitchen includes a complete ADA attached bathroom. The ADA ramp is attached to the deck overlooking the ocean and the kitchen is also ADA accessible. A gas grill and dining table are situated on the outside deck overlooking the beach. Lubec has over 150 miles of hiking trails, mostly coastal, and this apartment is centrally located and within walking distance to some of the best. There is a separate two bedroom loft apartment located on the property that is also for rent if you wish to bring along your family and friends! A beachfront fire pit and Adirondack chairs line the shore for evening gatherings, marshmallow roasts, or star gazing! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, and grassy yard facing the beach. There is a garage to the left of the driveway that has a separate two bedroom loft apartment above it.
