The space The guesthouse sits beyond the main house, closer to the big (50-acre) pond. Once you pass through the gate, you’ll drive past the main house and the guest house will be on the right. Step inside to access the dining room and full kitchen (left entrance) or washer/dryer and oversized living room (right entrance). In the oversized living room, you’ll find a couch and tv, high top table with 3 seats, two large chairs, an indoor basketball game, a foosball table, and a pop-up card table. Also downstairs, there is a bathroom with a wall-in shower. Upstairs is a huge loft with a balcony. Inside the loft, there are two beds - king and queen - and a sitting area. Also, a spacious closet allows you to hang clothes and store luggage. There are two window units for air conditioning. Outside the home is a large picnic table for outdoor dining. Guest access This listing is for guest house access only. Please contact us if you need more space and to discuss renting the main house or cabin by the lake also. These additional structures are prohibited from usage unless a formal agreement has been made in writing. Other things to note While you may fish from the pier, use the hammock, or fire pit, you may not go inside the cabin near the lake. The cabin and main house are for private use only.
