Welcome to our calm and tidy 3 bedroom home- located in a quiet residential area, just a 25 minute drive to Downtown Birmingham. The space has plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. Each of the three bedrooms are well-appointed. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms have a cozy queen-sized bed and 2 twin-sized beds. Other amenities include high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, coffee bar, office workspace, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The space A television is in each bedroom. Guest access Entire Home Other things to note Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am. Please be aware there is a $75 fee for late check-outs and any check-in or check-out before or after the designated window should be approved by the Host at least 12 hours in advance. Smoking: This is smoke-free property. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Please be aware there is a $400 fee should smoking occur inside the home. Pets: This is a pet-free property. Please be aware there is a $400 fee should pets be brought into any spaces inside or outside of the home. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, please inform the Host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
