We also have washer and dryer in unit. Guest access The entire lower apartment is for guest use only. Private driveway lead to private parking next to the unit. Trails through the woods throughout the 2.5 acres are also for guest use. Minutes from Clemson University and lake Hartwell and lake Jocassee and a few other lakes. Other things to note Warner Mill offers 2.5 acre access. We also offer heated floors. We have 3 private full bathrooms and 3 private bedrooms with bunk beds for the kids1 bathroom has a walk in shower 2nd bathroom has a jacuzzi tub 3rd bathroom has a stand up shower. We are also minutesfrom Clemson University and Prisma health care hospitals. We haveore than 4 lakes available for boating and fishing. We also have 2 hot water heaters wich have 100 gallons of hot water. You will always have access to hot water.
