The space **Our Home is Decorated Specific to All Of The Major Holidays!** Enjoy a spacious, clean and trendy rental for your NYC skyline stay. When you walk in the front door you’ll see the living room and kitchen both well-lit with floor to ceiling windows facing the Hudson River. The couch, conveniently pulls down into a queen Murphy bed after you stow away the 4 cushions that make up the couch. Through the kitchen you’ll find the bathroom which has a bathtub shower so you can either enjoy a bath, or shower. Across the hall, you’ll have access to a washer/dryer. At the end of the unit will be your spacious main bedroom which has a queen bed as well as a twin Murphy bed which you can pull down from one of the two double door closets. You’ll have no problem falling asleep as the units are super quiet and as a bonus, have blackout blinds so you can sleep in as late as you’d like! Enjoy the outdoors or fresh air with an attached balcony off the bedroom. Currently our building elevator is not operational. There is a one flight of stairs to get to and from your unit. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy access to the garage should they need access to parking as well as the rental unit.
