Space has kitchenette which includes Keurig stocked with coffee pods, mini-frig, microwave, and electric kettle. There's a small breakfast table, seating area with tv, queen-size bed and private bathroom recently updated with luxurious walk-in shower. You may hear foot steps upstairs from time to time, but nothing crazy! Guest access The basement is open to guests. There's a locked door to block off the private residence. Other things to note You will access entrance by walking down a flagstone pathway. You will hear footsteps on main level, however, we do not own a dog, so it should be minimal. There is not a separate temperature control. Space remains cool all times of year, however, electric fireplace heats up the space nicely.
